Return and Refund Policy

At MetiHome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges, Change of Mind, and Cancellation

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, or if you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at support@metihome.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please keep in mind that our inventory is constantly changing. If the item you want is no longer available, we will process a refund for the original item.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@metihome.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will be able to cancel it and process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined below.

Faulty Items and Damaged Products

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@metihome.com and include a description of the problem and a photograph if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means sending a replacement item or issuing a refund.

Wrong Product

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@metihome.com so that we can correct the mistake. We will either send you the correct item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Never Arrived

If your order never arrives, please contact us at support@metihome.com so that we can investigate the issue. We will either send a replacement order or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@metihome.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your order invoice.
  3. Print the return label provided to you by our customer service team and stick it to the package.
  4. Coordinate the return’s pickup date and time with our customer service team.

Please stay assured that the cost of shipping the item back is covered by us.

Refunds

Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s), including the shipping cost. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account. The method of refund will depend on the original payment method. The refund will always be credited to the payment method you used to pay.

Return Period

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customer Remorse, Wrong Size, or Package Torn
